Terms and Conditions for Drain Magic LTD

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the provision of drainage services by Drain Magic LTD, a company registered in England at Maghull business centre, 1 Liverpool Road, L312HB. By engaging Drain Magic LTD for services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Services Provided
Drain Magic LTD provides the following drainage-related services:

• Drain unblocking
• CCTV surveys
• Sonar mapping
• Patch line repair
• General drainage repairs

3. Callout Charges
A callout charge will apply for any services requested outside of a 15-mile radius from the company’s registered office. The charge will vary based on the distance and will be communicated prior to scheduling the work.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed in writing or stipulated under a specific contract with the client.
• Drain Magic LTD accepts payment via bank transfer.
• For work completed on a contract basis, payment terms may vary and will be detailed in the contract.

5. Guarantee

• Drain Magic LTD provides a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour for all works completed.
• The guarantee covers any defects or issues directly related to the work carried out by Drain Magic LTD.
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors, misuse, or neglect following completion of works.
• To claim under the guarantee, the client must notify Drain Magic LTD within 12 months of the completion of the work.

6. Liability

• Drain Magic LTD will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the client’s failure to follow maintenance recommendations or from factors outside of the company’s control.
• The company’s liability is limited to the value of the works carried out and does not extend to consequential or indirect damages.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
• If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied.

8. Access to Site
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible at the agreed appointment time. Drain Magic LTD cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges arising from lack of access.

9. Health and Safety
Drain Magic LTD will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations. The client agrees to provide any necessary assistance to ensure the safety of the workers.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of the provision of services, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

12. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting an estimate, making a booking, or allowing Drain Magic LTD to carry out work, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
